Do you ever offer custom orders?: Yes! Custom orders open up as I have availability. If you are planning ahead for a holiday or birthday/baby shower, please contact me to discuss future availability! 

What is your return policy?: Items that are not made to order (speciality orders) can be returned within 5 days if you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Made to order items or items made special, cannot be returned. However, if you are unhappy with a purchase, please do reach out so I can try to remedy the situation. I want you to be completely satisfied with the items you are buying from me! 

When will my order ship?: Ready to ship items are processed in 1-2 business days. Made to order items vary upon what is discussed at the time of purchase. If you have any questions or need something rush ordered, don't hesitate to ask. 

I don't see the item I am looking for - is it available still?: Items in my shop vary from season to season. I also have specialty items that may be available for a limited amount of time. With that being said, if you are looking for something specific, please contact me to discuss 

Do you offer wholesale items?: This varies on a case by case basis - please let's chat if this is something you are interested in!
